Shrine of knowledge

If we are students, we should enter the portals of our institution with the awareness that it is the shrine of knowledge and resolve, “May all the people, forces and agencies who are directly or indirectly contributing to my learning and education be blessed with peace, strength and happiness.

Today I will open my mind to absorb and assimilate all the information that is given to me in different ways and use it for my reformation and transformation.

I will always maintain the awareness that the power of comprehension that is helping me to learn is coming to me from my soul.

This will make my learning joyful and effortless.

Let everything that I learn today be used to bring peace, joy and contentment to others by enhancing the quality of their lives.

” This maintains our connectivity with our soul and fills us with boundless energy sharpening our intellect and enhancing its ability, capacity and efficiency incredibly.

In this way wherever we go, we can keep our focus on the soul by regarding it as a place of sanctity.

My friend, whether you are dealing with the transactional realm, divine realm or spiritual realm, your focus depends on the connectivity between your thoughts, feelings and goals.

When you begin to integrate all the three together as we have been doing now, your mind and intellect acquire pinpointed focus.

When they lack focus, each time the world around you changes, you automatically change your internal state also.

Your tenacity and focus shift from one thing to another very quickly and you can neither progress in the outer world, nor evolve in the inner world.

You are bombarded by stress, strain, tension and mental fatigue.

You cannot even concentrate on any of your tasks or meditation because stressful thoughts and feelings about your work, health, finances, relationships or family bother you.

Your thoughts and feelings are also not integrated with your goal of meditation and self-realisation.

So, they are pulling you away from it instead of propelling you towards it.

During this phase of your journey you have integrated your materialistic goals, inner values, the forces of nature, the traditions of your religion and the activities of your profession and oriented them towards the Soul.

You have eliminated all sources of conflict and generated a great propulsive energy for your meditation.

Your focus is now like a traveller in a jet plane.

Though the plane is covering vast distances at very high speed, the traveller inside is sitting very relaxed and still.

From today your life will move at a very high velocity towards progress and perfection and though you are fully aware of what is happening around you, you will remain very poised and focused on your goal.

Your focus, which is now established in total steadfastness, will peel away all your thoughts layer by layer and bore through your karmic ignorance to feel the presence of the soul within through meditation
