City Police Commissioner B G Jyothi Prakash Mirji suspended two police head constables attached to the Koramangala Police Station on Monday for allegedly refusing to register a complaint.
The suspended policemen are identified as Manjunath and Rachaiah.Kiran had approached the Koramangala police to register a theft complaint. About Rs 7.5 lakh cash and his car was stolen two weeks ago.
Manjunath and Rachaiah, both head constables who were on duty at the station, abused him, harassed him and started interrogating him and denied to register a case.
Then Kiran approached to the City Police Commissioner regarding the issue and based on this complaint Mirji suspended the duo.
