Stay in the state of sublime peace and tranquillity

Look within to find the Ultimate Reality: The Paravastu, the ultimate reality, manifests itself when we look within ourselves. Each Sadhaka should do this for himself and experience the bliss.

People may wonder how such an important thing can be obtained so easily. If a millionaire adopts a poor boy that lucky boy will be the heir of all the riches similarly you will get the most precious gift Anand with the greatest ease here and now by the grace of ‘Sadguru’. It is difficult to become what you are not but it is easy to be what one already is. Vedanta says that Tat-twam-asi you are that and not that you will become that. Other pleasures and happiness can never come any where near the bliss of self realisation.

The world seen in wakeful state is also Dream: King Janaka had a dream in which he saw vast kingdom, the palace and the subjects. He woke up to see his own Kingdom, subject and palace. He saw no difference between the dream world and the real world. He could not decide which of the two was real. So he put this question to every Sage he met. Was that real or is this real? Nobody could answer. When Guru Ashtravakra came to him, king  asked the same question.

The Jnani gave a cryptic reply. That was false and this also is false.

Once the Sadhaka Knows that this world is a dream, he should reject the imaginary world, created by him and should withdraw his attention from the world and concentrate himself and be happy all the time.

Living in a state of peace and tranquility: Many people treat the world as support which they think gives freedom from insecurity some feel secure because they have big bank balance.

But the money in bank is of use to you till you are hale and hearty. But when you have confined to bed because of old age you have to depend on your son or somebody for operating the account. You toil hard to bring up children and scorched in worries day and night.

Are they grateful? The saint Kabir says ,“Had you loved Rama to the same extent as you loved these people and objects you would have straight away gone to the house of Mukti.

You attach great importance to sense objects in the outside world and think they are yours and bring you happiness you should come out of this delusion and reserve your love for Rama in the form of Arama or relaxed state.

And stay in the state of sublime peace and tranquility.
