The BWSSB on Thursday cautioned residents not to pay money to people pretending to be BWSSB valve men/ metre readers who assure water supply. “Please demand ID cards and if not provided, place a complaint with the police. There are no cash transactions to avail water and sanitary connections,” a statement said.
It was also said that an official RR number will be issued with every connection to make it authentic. Call- 22238888.
