Three people were injured when a BMTC bus driver lost control of his vehicle and rammed first into a divider, then hit three cars and bikes before finally coming to a halt.
The incident took place in near the Malleswaram underpass on Wednesday morning. The injured have been identified as Hemaraju and Anwar, who were on motorcycles and Surendar Reddy, a passenger in the bus.
They were rushed to KC General Hospital where they were given first aid.
The driver of the bus abandoned it and fled the scene. A case has been registered by the Malleswaram traffic police, who are trying to ascertain the reason behind the accident.
