BENGALURU: A 29-year-old mason died while his brother escaped with injuries when a concrete mixer rammed into their two-wheeler in Mico Layout on Tuesday. The deceased was identified as Mantu Saren of West Bengal. Injured Nritin Saren is recovering. They reside in Chikkallasandra and were dailywagers at a construction company.
Police said at 9.45 pm, the concrete mixer rammed their bike. Mantu, who was riding the vehicle, was declared brought dead at the hospital. The lorry driver abandoned the vehicle and escaped.
