BENGALURU: In connection with a property dispute, A K A Majeed, a resident of Koramangala, filed a complaint against suspended Lokayukta PRO Syed Riyaz and others with the Lokayukta Superintendent of Police, Bengaluru, on Wednesday.
The complainant accused Syed Riyaz of being responsible for the disappearance of a complaint, which he filed with the Lokayukta police in 2014 against the realtors Eliyaz, brother of Riyaz, Mohammad Rihan Nawab and others.
Majeed was allegedly assaulted by the accused Eliyaz and Nawab in connection with sale of his house in Koramangala in August 2013.
The Lokayukta officials have received the complaint and are yet to take action on it.
