Know Your Child's Library

QUEEN'S ROAD: Children's literature is not what it used to be. There are books on every conceivable topic and experiences. There are some brilliant authors and illustrators who are producing great works, narrating fabulous stories, and opening new worlds to readers.

However, for parents, it poses an interesting challenge — where do you start? how do you guide your child? how and when do you help them transition from simpler to more complex stories?

To answer these questions and to be introduced to the exciting world of children's literature, British Council, Bengaluru, is organising an interactive session for parents of children aged 3 years and above between 11 am and 1 pm on Sunday.

The session will be moderated by author Aravinda Anantharaman. The session will also focus on the wide selection of books available at the children's section at the British Council's library.
