NNSC Workshop Held at Loyola Tech

CHENNAI: The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Loyola Institute of Technology conducted an IIT-Bombay sponsored two-day workshop on National Network Security Championship on January 20 and 21.

The inaugural function was presided over by administrator Rev Sr Sasikala and Principal Dr Sujatha Jamuna Anand. Manish Tyagi and Amrit Raj Ranjan, CISCO certified professionals from Network Bulls, the chief guests, held an interactive session.

Engineering students from various institutions participated. The topics discussed at the programme included network protocols and networking real time applications. Students were introduced to new networking concepts. Competitions based on networking were conducted. Select students from the workshop will get a chance to participate at the IIT-B final championship.
