(Grouper Meatballs with lentils)
Ingredients:
Grouper fillet - 100 gm
Garlic - 10 gm
White wine - 20 ml
Parmesan cheese - 20 gm
Black lentils - 10 gm
Celery - 1 gm
Eggs - 1
Pepper black - a pinch
Quail eggs - 2 each
Method:
■ Steam grouper, add garlic, white wine and blend fine
■ Add egg and Parmesan cheese to the fish and form little balls.
■ Stew lentils with celery and hard boil quail eggs
■ In a fry pan, roast the grouper.
■ Serve lentils, grouper and eggs.
