BENGALURU: Due to the ongoing doubling work between Chikjajur and Hosadurga Road, trains along this section will be cancelled on various days between July 30 and August 1.
A South Western Railway press release has specified the following cancellation dates for trains:
Partial Cancellations
July 30 and July 31: Chikjajur-Hubli- Chikjajur Passenger (56916/56915) will be partially cancelled between Tolahunse-Chikjajur-Tolahunse
July 31 and August 1: Arsikere-Hubli Passenger (56273) between Arsikere and Sasalu.
July 30, 31 and Aug 1: Chikjajur-Guntkal- Chikjajur Passenger (57451/57452) between Amritapura-Chikjajur-Amritapura.
The Hubli Passenger from Bengaluru will not be cancelled though the onward train has been cancelled as listed. So, the Hubli-Bangalore City Passenger (56912) will run independently from Hubballi on July 31 and August 1.
