1Trim Nails
Broken and ingrown toenails are painful and your feet may curse you. To prevent these, make sure you regularly trim your toenails.
2 Wear Fitting Shoes
Shoes that don’t fit will wear your feet down pretty quickly. Footwear that rub your feet the wrong way can cause unsightly blisters and corns.
3 Go Barefoot
Take a brisk walk barefoot on the lawn. This is to provide a refreshing dose of nature to your feet.
4 Add Honey and Lemon Juice
Make a mixture of honey, milk and lemon juice and dip your feet in it for 10 minutes daily. This will remove the dead skin cells from your feet, making them smooth and soft.
5 Scrub and Moisturise
Soak your feet in warm water for a while and scrub them to smooth rough or dry areas. Use a foot or facial scrub if you like.
For baby soft feet, invest in a good foot cream or use natural oils. Coconut oil will soothe and hydrate your feet. Use cocoa butter to gently massage your feet and put on a pair of cotton socks.
