BENGALURU: President Pranab Mukherjee is set to visit the city on Friday (December 30) to take part in the Adamya Chetana Seva Utsava organised by Adamya Chetana Trust.
The four-day event will be inaugurated by the President at around 10.15 AM on Friday at National College Grounds, Basavanagudi.
Speaking at the press conference, Dr Tejswini Ananth Kumar, management trustee, Adamya Chetana Trust said, “This is a cultural event. We are providing a common platform to children from various organisations to display their art and interact with each other to create a better nation".
The four-day cultural event Seva Utsav will focus on water resources, green lifestyle and aerospace and defence as its core themes. The event will also host a Blood donation camp, competitions for children and a special parade and cultural programme by children based on themes.
