BENGALURU: I am 24 year old and my height is 5’ 3”. My problem is that I am unable to gain weight. My weight has been constant at 50 kgs. I maintain a good routine, how can I build my body up?
Your BMI is 19.5 which is under the normal weight range. However, if you wish to gain weight the strategy would be to increase your protein and calorie intake. A high protein diet with regular weight training would help you to build muscle mass and not gain fat. You could seek help from a nutritionist who could work out a customised diet plan, which also has to be reviewed periodically.

I am 25 years old female and I recently noticed that my nipple on the right has changed its shape and looks a bit elongated. I thought it was because of the cold weather but it’s still the same. Is this a possible symptom of cancer?
Change in size or shape of the nipples could be a sign of underlying breast disease and it is advisable to visit a doctor for a clinical examination. Following the examination the doctor may decide to do further tests, if required.
