CUTTACK: Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court Mohammad Rafiq is likely to assume charge as Chief Justice of Orissa High Court on Sunday.
The Union Ministry of Law and Justice notified the transfer on Thursday after the President gave his assent to the recommendation of the Supreme Court collegium.
He is likely to be administered oath of office by the Governor on April 26.
