Understanding of god
I am a practising Christian. I believe that god is my constant companion and will never desert me. He is somebody who is near and dear to me.
Spiritual practices
I have a constant communication with god and it is that conversation which keeps me going and finds its way in my life as a constant guiding force.
Religious beliefs
I don’t think it is something that I should foist on anyone else. My faith is there with me, in all possible aspects of my life. I love Jesus and Mother Mary and look up to them for any guidance when I need it the most.
Take on meditation
I think it is essential for each one of us to spare at least 2-3 minutes every day to meditate. It brings about a positive energy in the mind and reflects in our day-to-day lives. One must experience it to feel the impact.
Take on miracles
I believe in miracles and have experienced it in my life. The fact that I am an RJ today is a miracle. Ironically, I was not a talkative person. Even my attempts to communicate with god seemed difficult because of my inability to communicate effectively. But today both are happening and that, according to me, is the biggest testimonial for a miracle.
Pilgrimage spots
The Velankanni Church in Besant Nagar. I specifically like the quiet rooms in the church. There is serenity there and it has a calming effect on me.
