The Madras Metro Round Rable-95 and the Madras Metro Ladies Circle-70 joined hands with the Vivekananda Educational Trust and supported them along with P&G Shikha to construct five classrooms and a multi-court playground at Gangadevi Bajaranglal Chokhani Vivekananda Vidhyalaya Matriculation Hr Sec School, Minjur (a unit of Vivekananda Educational Trust).
At the inauguration of the new classrooms, Area2 Chairman Gitesh agarwal said that the members of the round table and ladies circle were not Ambanis or Tatas or Birlas, but a group of young individuals who have the passion to serve the needy and strive to provide better educational facilities to the underprivileged sections of the society.
Area 2 chairperson Anuradha Thaker said that the support of the Vivekananda Educational Trust was invaluable and that they were grateful to the trust for giving the organisation opportunities to serve the needy.
