The sixteenth edition of ‘Ungal Illam 2013’, an exclusive mega property fair organised by LIC Housing Finance Ltd (LIC HFL) at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam,will end on July 21
Ungal Illam is an event for prospective home buyers. Started as a modest property exhibition, it has evolved into a marquee event in the last 15 years, with more than 70 reputed builders of Chennai participating in it.
About 15,000 footfalls were expected this year.
The fair was inaugurated by V K Sharma, managing director and CEO of LIC HFL on July 19.
The main sponsor of the event is Amarprakash and the co-sponsors are Ruby Builders and promoters and Muktha Foundations Pvt Ltd.
