How luxurious will it be to have somebody to do your work and all you have to do is to enjoy their service, be it shopping or buying a ticket to the FIFA world cup? That is what Quintessentially lifestyle, a lifestyle management and concierge service, offers to people who believes that luxury is not a definition but an experience.

The service, which is aimed at High Networth Individuals (HNIs), is offered by the UK based private members’ club by joining hands with Reflection, a luxury residential project by Olympia Merlin on East Coast Road. As a start, these services will be provided to the residents of the Reflection villas and apartments.

Quintessentially Lifestyle has already marked its identity in other parts of India like Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. Misthi Bose, Group CEO (India) says, “People who earn well now want to pay more for high-quality service. This is where we come in to provide the best service possible.”

She recalls one client who wanted a special breed of dog, an Akita Inu, from Japan to be imported for her teenage daughter’s birthday as a present. This shows that the people are no longer hesitant to spend but are hesitant to spend on the right things, she added.

With Chennai being the target now, she is confident that the HNIs and Ultra HNIs of Chennai will make maximum use of it. This elite concierge service will be provided on an annual basis with amount varying from 1,000 to 24,000 Pounds Sterling based on the service provided.
