The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Finance Companies’ Association (India) (FCA) was held recently at the Taj Club House. The FCA is a Section 25 Company comprising of Non-Banking Finance Companies registered with the Reserve Bank of India. At this meeting, the following were elected as office bearers: N Mahaveerchand Dugar, MD Mahaveer Finance (India) Ltd as Chairman, Kailashmull Dugar, MD, Deccan Finance Ltd as Co Chairman and V Gopalakrishnan, CFO, TVS Credit Services Ltd as Member Secretary.
In addition, the following were also elected as members of the Managing Committee — P S Balasubramanian, G V Raman, A Namasivayam, Thomas George Muthoot, I Unnikrishnan, Padam J Challani, J Ashok Galada, D Lakshmipathy, Vijay P Chordia, Kaushik Banerjee, S Arulmozhi, P Viswanathan, Shiv Kumar.
