Three Satya Dharmas to Attain Knowledge

In the Kali Yuga, God does not come directly to give us Jnana or knowledge. It is the guru who gives us knowledge and protects us from our own karma and destiny. Without this knowledge of goddess Saraswathi that we obtain from the guru, we do not have the discrimination to understand how we should behave with whom, just as King Parikshit did not realise that he should revere the sage instead of insulting him. When the guru comes into our lives, He  gives us His nectar of knowledge through — (i) Satsang or association with the truth of our soul (ii) Sadhana or spiritual practice (iii) Dhyana or meditation (iv) Awareness. When awareness dawns in us, our soul becomes effulgent.

Only when the spark of the soul becomes a flame do we attain mukti or salvation. In every human being, the great poisonous snake Takshaka is operating through the mind and intellect. It is our mind and intellect that are the causes for our death and mortality.

Here we are not talking about physical death, but the death of our courage, hope and confidence in ourselves; the killing of our Iccha Jnana and Kriya Shaktis.

We are talking about the death of the belief — “I am an achiever,” which should constantly pulsate in us. All these vital energies and faculties are drained away by the excessive use of our mind and intellect. Let us close our eyes and make a sankalpa to change this from today.

Devi says — “In the Kali Yuga, if you implement these three satya dharmas or truths in your lives, you will attain jnana, transform yourself and live a contented life.”

Don’t harm anybody or any being in this world either physically or mentally [For example, stoning animals, hitting or killing them and harassing people]. When you completely refrain from harming any being in any way, the goddesses Lakshmi, Parvathi and Saraswathi will always be with you.

Don’t speak contemptuously, or ridicule the religion, caste, belief, spiritual practices or status of anybody. Don’t listen to unnecessary information, gossip or rumours. Don’t interfere in other people’s business. Don’t voice your opinion unless you are asked. Don’t give  unsolicited advice. When we implement these truths, the Vedas befriend us.

The Rigveda reveals who we are and what our relationship with God is. The Yajur Veda tells us how to understand this through experiment and experience. The Sama Veda expresses this truth through hymns. All these three Vedas will be with us when we follow the three truths given to us by the Divine Mother today.

These three salient points are crucial to our lives. If we understand and follow these truths, we will never have any dukkha or sorrow in life.

We will be friendly with everybody and we will never have any enemies. We will respond and correspond effortlessly with Divinity.

We will be enveloped by bliss and wisdom. Our life will be full of knowledge, peace and joy.

May the grace of devi Saraswati be with you always establishing all of you in light and wisdom. May all beings be happy. Jai Mata. Om Tat Sat
