CHENNAI: Chief Minister O Panneerselvam on Tuesday greeted the differently abled in the State on the eve of the International Day of People with Disabilities. In a statement here, he recalled the various schemes implemented by his predecessor J Jayalalithaa for the welfare of the differently abled community in the State.
Pannerselvam also recalled schemes including distribution of scooters with support wheels, free laptops for students, stipend to prevent school dropouts among differently-abled.
