CHENNAI: The magic of numbers never ceases to fascinate one. Students of Saraswathi Vidyalaya gave glimpses of their mathematical prowess at an exhibition recently. The expo had games for 5-9 year old kids, besides them, displaying their creative talent by using balloons as examples to various formulae. The basic idea to hold the exhibition was to bring the creative talent and the mathematical skills of the students. Students of class two and four played games to identify shapes and solved maze games and number puzzles and explored symmetrical concepts through dance. Also students got to work on iPads. “At the school, students are being taught math with a conceptual clarity. The NCERT pattern is followed to make them understand the intricate concepts with activity-based learning modules,” said a press release.
