CHENNAI: Ecumenical Church Loan Fund of India (ECLOF) celebrated its 50th year of operations recently. Governor K Rosaiah congratulated the organisation on completing fifty years of seeing microfinance in the rural pockets of Tamil Nadu and helping several Women Self Help Groups in achieving economic independence and self sufficiency through various projects. ECLOF has more than 8,000 clients so far.
