Cake and Carols at Sevalaya

Christmas celebrations at Sevalaya saw prayers and Christmas carols by children of Sevalaya, followed by carols sung by volunteers from the CSI Church in Pattabiram. A person dressed as Santa Claus lightened up the festive mood by cutting cakes and distributed it among children.

The chief guest for the function was M Victor Louis Anthuvan, dean (Research), Loyola Institute of Business Administration. He lauded the Trust for the selfless services to the poor, needy and orphans. Anthuvan praised the administration of Sevalaya and spoke at length about the birth of Jesus, his messages to the world, the need for philanthropy to be practised by all.

Irene Nicoll from United Kingdom was all praise for Sevalaya for its great services.

V Muralidharan, founder and managing trustee of Sevalaya, welcomed the gathering, while Amarchand Jain, advisory committee member of Sevalaya, proposed a vote of thanks. Volunteers from Lion Bridge Technologies participated in the celebrations.
