The first store of Girias was set up in 1971 in Gandhinagar area, Bengaluru. Today, it is spread across several cities. “We have grown from a single small store to 33 large format spacious high-end showrooms. There are 18 stores in Bengaluru, seven in Chennai, two in Coimbatore, two in Mangaluru, two in Mysuru and one each in Salem and Hubli,” said Nitesh. The store sells LEDs, LCDs, cameras, refrigerators, washing machines, DVDs, kitchen appliances and more. Girias is located at No18, Harbor Square, Cemetry Road, Wannarapet, Chennai 21.
