DMK's MK Stalin Found Allegedly Slapping a Passenger on Chennai Metro

In a video which is being circulated widely, DMK’s Treasurer and son of former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, M K Stalin was seen allegedly slapping a fellow passenger.

Stalin’s office has denied the charges and claimed that he “inadvertently touched him” due to a train jolt while asking the person to move away from women passengers.

Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister Jayalalithaa has condemned the action and said, “Stalin's behavior doesn't augur well as an MLA. All are equal in public places. Nobody is inferior. Stalin should maintain dignity.”

Stalin was travelling from Koyambedu to Alandur with his supporters on the newly inaugurated Chennai Metro.

Some media reporters claim that the person who got slapped was a DMK Party worker.

In the video Stalin is seen slapping a man standing alongside him with the back of his hand. The man was then asked to move away from there.
