'Everything is a Reflection of Almighty'

'Everything is a Reflection of Almighty'

CHENNAI: Some completely surrender to God and believe that everything happens for a reason. Some, take a better liking to science and its nuances of how we came into being. Success finds them both. City Express talked to a few popluar faces in Chennai and asked them if they believed in God. And this is what Kavithalaya Krishnan had to say...

Do you believe in God?

I’ve always been a believer. I am convinced that nothing happens without his will. Everything that has happened in my life is because of my implicit faith in God.

Where do you see him?

In everything...in the sea...in the sun...in the flight of the eagle...in the voice of M S Subbalakshmi...in the rainbow...in all of nature...

Do you believe in miracles?

Every new day is a miracle. Every human life is a miracle. Each aspect has been discovered in sequence as and when mankind was ready for it. The wheel before petrol, radio before the TV, and the calculator before the computer...it’s all a miracle.

What would you say to non-believers?

It is more logical to believe in him. A person who doesn’t accept God’s existence refuses to visit temples. Why? If there’s no God, why can’t he go to a temple? Is it because it’s the house of God?

Any words for the others who do believe?

Keep your faith, do good. Every geography holds a holy being, who irrespective of time zones, cultures, languages and religions, preaches the same values. What if, after you die, God asks, “So, how was Heaven?” What would you do then?
