CHENNAI: The Honor series, mobile manufacturer Huawei’s smartphone brand, was showcased on Tuesday with three of their new launches set to be marketed exclusively through their online partner Flipkart.

  According to the company, the decision to expand their offerings in India is owing to the success of the existing models in the Indian market.   Honor 4C, Honor Bee and Power Bank AP007, the three models showcased on Tuesday, will be priced at Rs 8,999, Rs 4,999 and Rs 1, 399 respectively. A limited introductory offer has also been announced wherein Honor AP007 will be available at Rs 1, 349 and Honor Bee at a discount of 10 per cent on purchase. According to Allen Wang, president, ConsumerBusiness Group, Huawei & Honor India, this is the global launch for Honor Bee which has been designed for the lower mid-level segment.  Honor is planning an investment of 10 mn dollars for Honor India.
