Identifying Skills of Employees

CHENNAI:  Lanson Manpower Excellence Centre (LMEC), a centralised training centre for the employees at Lanson Toyota, conducted the zonal skill contest for various categories like Paint Technician, General Service advisor, Customer Relations, Chauffer, and Water wash technicians among others recently. The winners of the Zonal Skill Contest were awarded certificates, cash prizes and will be eligible to contest in National Skill Championship conducted at Toyota Kirloskar Motors in Bengaluru.
