A Quiz To Test Your 'K'nowledge

CHENNAI: With Korean drama (K-Drama) and K-pop influencing the  youth of the city, and college-goers having taken the lead in spreading the Korean culture through various Korean drama and music clubs, both offline as well as online, the Consulate General of Korea and InKo Centre are organising a quiz on Korea, in an effort to raise awareness about the country.

Any foreign national who can speak Korean or English is eligible to take part in the quiz event. There is no age limit. The event will take place in two rounds. The first round will be held at the InKo Centre on June 13 at 4 pm, in a written format. The second round will be held on July 11, and will be a quiz show.

The winner of the regional round will take part in the national round in Delhi, and the winner from India will travel to Korea to take part in the final round with participants from 22 countries.

To take part in the  event, applications have to be sent before June 11 via e-mail at chennai@mofa.go.kr or via kakaotalk (ID: Chennai), mentioning name, sex, age, occupation and interest in Korea.
