Follow the dharmic path to get liberated from life cycle

CHENNAI: The entire knowledge of the Bhagavad Gita has been revealed to us keeping Arjuna as a reason. An experience of the universe is an expansion of time and space. The Lord blessed Arjuna with a divine eye of knowledge. From then on the warrior got a mind-blowing experience of the Lord expressing through a thousand mouths, eyes, wonderful with beautiful clothes and ornaments, terrible weapons and the rising of a thousand suns, the garland of stars.

It was an out of body experience for Arjuna when he became one with the Universe. To meditate on the Lord, one should first visualise his leelas. There on the individual should meditate on the face and eyes which ooze love and compassion. The question then arises “who is this person?”  The true nature will be revealed from within the meditating individual.

Arjuna sees many different types of people approaching death.  Some shiver with fear. Others who worship him walk fearlessly, another group like the Siddhas — custodians of wisdom — chant hymns and praises merge.

The Lord shows his vishwaroopam form to Arjuna to show that all the physical strength, mental and intellectual capabilities cannot help reach the highest. A shock is often required to wake one up from the slumber of samsara — the constant grip of changing thoughts – to focus, to arise and arrive.

The eligibility to have this vision happens when one has the humility to know that one is not mightier or superior; withstand any trouble like a tree. Not seeking but giving respect.

One who lives a life of dharma and remembers god, has nothing to worry of death. We can choose how to depart from this world, smoothly or in agony fearing death.

“I am the mighty time that is now ready to destroy the world. Even without you, Arjuna, no one will be spared. Just be an instrument!” the Lord commands his devotee. Praise when good or bad things happen. The most important thing in spiritual life is to be connected with the Lord in absolute love.

Do every action as worship of the Lord. Seek the Lord alone for solace. Have devotion to the Lord. Be free of all attachments. Be free of hatred. Detach from the world and attach to the Lord.
