Where do you see god?

Every good thing that has happened to me is because of my dad, who is no more, so for me my first God is my dad. But god has many different versions. I find god in nature too. I saw his greatness in Manali.

Do you believe in miracles?

Of course, because I can see them happening in my life. I got an opportunity to meet and interact with Ratan Tata. That is a miracle! I also met the Dalai Lama among other personalities. It’s a miracle I got a chance to study in the best institutions and I’m able to add smiles to the lives of so many people.

If god takes human form, what kind of relationship would you expect to have with god?

I would love to have god as a friend. It would be amazing if the both of us could sit down and have some coffee. I guess god too would wish to be heard and understood.

Do you have a specific prayer routine?

My work is my prayer. I strongly believe that nothing comes from nothing. You gain nothing if you invest nothing. So you have to constantly keep doing, thereby praying.

If you could put god on the stand what would you charge him for?

Why sow the seeds of evil in people, I would ask him. For example, why would he create a person like the perpetrator of the acid attack on Sonia Chaudhary.

Any favourite quotes?

A bend in the road is not the end of the road. I also believe in the doctrine, Volenti non fit injuria. That is, one who voluntarily takes on a risk cannot ask for compensation for the damage resulting from it.
