CHENNAI: Water supply in several parts of the city would be affected today (Tuesday) due to shutdown of the 100MLD desalination plant in Minjur for maintenance.
There will be reduced quantum of supply in Madhavaram, Manali, Tiruvottiyur, Ernavoor, Kathivakkam, Patel nagar and Vyasarpadi. People can contact area engineers (8144930901, 8144930902, 8144930903, 8144930904) for supply of water through tankers in case of emergency.
