CHENNAI: Lions Clubs International (District 324-A8) celebrated World Disabled Day at Dr MGR-Janaki Matriculation School, Saligramam recently. Young achiever and chartered accountant aspirant R Rajaraman, who suffers from a bone disorder,  received the role model award, from

V Vanitha, deputy inspector general of police, coastal security group, chennai, for his multi-talented personality. The function was presided over by K Gopinath, district chairperson for the welfare of people with disabilities. District governor J Vitto Placka was  the chief guest.
