I love the Chennai makkal and the love they give me.

Others may think it is irritating, but I what I fancy about the city is the traffic.

There is this interesting place in Thiruvanmiyur which is quite famous for its mooru.

That would probably be East Coast Road, I often go on long drives.

There is a stereotype about the slang people use in Chennai, and I don’t appreciate that.
 
Where would you take a person who is new to the city?
I would take them to
Bessie Beach.
 
What would you do to prove to someone that you are a true Chennai vasi?
I would just speak in the slang unique to Chennai. They would hear the way I say a particular word and understand.

I would teach them Mameyy and a few bad words we use.

The best song to describe Chennai would be Anirudh’s Chance Eh Ille.
 
If you had to draw a comparison between Chennai and any other city or country, what would it be and why?
Chennai is better than other cities because here it is the survival of the fittest. I don’t think any other city would give importance to the line “I am in” as much as Chennai.
 
If you could erect another statue on the Marina beach, what would it be?
I’d construct a statue of Thalaivar or Dhoni.
 
Describe the city in your own words and style!
In Chennai, people forget their caste and work peacefully. Chennai is also the only city where you can eat for `10 and also for `1,000.
