Owners of private schools have urged the State government to waive taxes for school buses for three months, after schools were shut in recent days.

CHENNAI: Owners of private schools have urged the State government to waive taxes for school buses for three months, after schools were shut in recent days. They said that parents refuse to pay bus fees and that it has been difficult to pay salary to drivers and attenders. It has been nearly two weeks since schools in the State have been shut down.They further said that paying the entire year’s tax will be hard. ENS
