NEW DELHI: Delhi airport operator DIAL will soon launch India’s first luxury bus service connecting the airport with Noida and Greater Noida in the National Capital Region.

The operator has partnered with inter-city bus service provider FlixBus to offer this premium service. The luxury bus service will provide a sustainable and affordable travel option for passengers, marking a significant milestone in the region’s transportation infrastructure, DIAL said.

“Passengers can avail of the luxury service for just Rs 199 each. Currently, about 20 per cent of Delhi airport’s passengers use public transport… the new service is expected to further boost this share by providing a premium and reliable alternative for passengers travelling to and from Noida and Greater Noida. The service will be available round-the-clock for all,” DIAL stated.

The routes will cover key locations in Noida and Greater Noida, including Sector 16, Botanical Garden, Golf Course Road, Gaur City, Jaypee Wishtown, and Pari Chowk.

Average travel time is expected to range from 130 to 180 minutes, depending on traffic conditions, DIAL said. Passengers using these luxury buses will enjoy a range of amenities, including real-time tracking, USB charging ports, CCTV surveillance, ample luggage space, and plush reclining seats.

Videh Kumar Jaipuriar, CEO, DIAL, highlighted the collaboration with FlixBus, stressing the importance of expanding public transport for flyers and reducing dependence on private vehicles. The initiative, he said, aims to set new standards in airport connectivity while promoting sustainable urban mobility.

Tickets for the service can be booked via the FlixBus app, the official website (flixbus.in), or popular platforms such as Redbus, MakeMyTrip, and Paytm. Offline booking counters will also be available at Delhi Airport’s terminals for added convenience.
