Do you need to get your electronic appliance repaired immediately? Here is a one-stop service solution for all consumer electronics and home appliances as Tirumala Music Centre (TMC) launches its Touch Home Express (THE), postsales service.
Amarnath Nangunuri, Chairman, TMC and THE said, “We are launching a new company, which is the firstof- its-kind in the country. We observed that there is a lot of vaccum in the post-sales services. Poor quality, bad response and delayed services have made us start this venture.” Amarnath assured that the Touch Home Express will provide high standards, similar to TMC. “TMC was started in 1980 with an investment of Rs 10,000 in Malakpet. We have been striving to give the best service since then. We have created a benchmark in the retail industry with the present turnover being Rs 200 crore. I want to thank the customers for their encouragement,” Amarnath added.
THE will also have a 24-hour customer care centre where one can call and register their complaints.
Equipped with 100 employees, out of which 70 are trained technicians, THE presently caters to residents within GHMC limits.

“All the engineers are highly trained and are backed by GPS enabled devices to reach the destination soon.” THE is also introducing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to cater to different needs of the customers.
An AMC card of Rs 499 will be for one product, AMC card of Rs 999 will be for three products and AMC Card for Rs 1,999 will be for seven products.
Chief Minister K Rosaiah will inaugurate the Touch Home Express at Begumpet on Monday.
