HYDERABAD: Sadguru Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma) will be visiting the twin cities on February 27 and 28. A two-day public programme would be conducted at the Ashram premises at Mahendra Hills in Secunderabad, which would consist of dawn-to-dusk Lalitha Sahasranama archana, dhyan, satsang, bhajan followed by darshan of Amma.
BR Raghunath, coordinator, said in a press release that the math is extending education scholarships to needy children chosen from the families of poor and distressed farmers in AP.
They are also planning to conduct a campaign aimed at cleaning India’s public places and national highways. Through the cleaning drive, the math hopes to raise awareness about humanity’s debt to the earth and nature.
Amma will also release a book ‘Amrita Asmritulu’ and a souvenir ‘Amritollasam’ on the occasion.
