HYDERABAD: The Boulder Hills Villa Owners Association on Tuesday withdrew its application submitted to the HC in past, seeking modification of an earlier order directing members to deposit Rs 15,000 per sq yard to AP Industrial Infrastructure Corp before documents were presented for registration.
They had urged the court to modify the order by imposing the condition that the purchasers of plots shall be under obligation to provide an irrevocable bank guarantee from a nationalised bank for Rs 4,000 per square yard in favour of the corporation before the documents were presented for registration.
When judge L Narasimha Reddy expressed disinclination to review order, petitioner urged court to allow them to withdraw plea to pursue other remedies.
