HYDERABAD: While dismissing the memos filed by mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy and suspended IAS officer Y Srilakshmi  to transfer their cases to a newly-formed CBI court, the special CBI court on Saturday adjourned the hearing on their bail petitions.

With the agency’s counsel seeking time for arguments, the court posted hearing on Srilakshmi’s plea to May 2 and Reddy’s plea to May 5. Ram Jethmalani appeared for Reddy.

The CBI court had transferred  case of Vijay Sai Reddy, an accused in YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s alleged illegal properties case, to the second additional special CBI court chaired by B Nagamaruti Sarma.
