HYDERABAD: Justice Ramesh Ranganathan reserved his orders on two petitions filed by senior IPS officer Umesh Kumar seeking quashing of criminal proceedings against him in connection with a forged letter of Congress MP MA Khan and also grant of pardon by the lower court to prime accused T Sunil Reddy in the case.
The judge will hear the plea of Umesh Kumar seeking CBI probe into the assets of DGP V Dinesh Reddy on Monday (February 6).
