HYDERABAD: A day after registering a cheating case against software engineer Umeshwar Rao, who tried to marry for second time, police issued a Look Out Circular against him on Monday.
Umesh's marriage to his cousin was scheduled at Madannapet on Sunday and all arrangements were put in place. Just hours before the event his first marriage to another woman came to light and he has been absconding ever since.
Madannapet police, who registered a case of cheating against Umesh, issued the Look Out Circular on Monday through CID. The circular will be sent to all airports to ensure that he does not leave the country. Police questioned Umesh's parents and other family members to know his whereabouts but in vain.
