Are you a party regular? Does hosting your own house party give you a kick more than a drink? If yes, get set to rock your future parties with help from Party Hunterz, a franchise store of the Mumbai -based company by the same name.

A first-of-its-kind in Hyderabad, the store is the brainchild of siblings Priyanka Ganeriwal Allahabadi and Samarth Ganeriwal, who also runs a wedding planning company in the city.

“Party Hunterz is an extension of our existing business and will cater to bachelor parties, baby showers, after wedding parties and regular home parties,” said Samarth.

Like any entrepreneur worth their salt, even the brother-sister duo hit upon this idea due to the blocks they encountered while hosting a party. “We had to either import, or buy accessories from other cities like Mumbai, for the parties we hosted. That left us thinking for the need to start something like this in Hyderabad,” added Priyanka.

Right from a variety of out-of-the-world colour wigs to party masks, decorative accessories and caps, the store has over 10,000 items including a snow machine on rent. The duo are also bringing to the city the concept of personalised house party planning.

“Personalised gifts and customised theme parties will be our speciality. Our customers just need to give their definition of fun and we’ll make it a reality for them,” explained Priyanka.

The store has already created a list of clientele in the city. “The city needed something like this very badly. Now we can buy everything from one place. I’m buying a few masks and decorative items for my grandson who loves to host parties,” gushed Renu, a customer who regularly hosts house parties.

One look at the store’s ceiling should be convincing enough to get an idea of the amount of fun one can experience. Strips of popular cartoon figure Archie’s adorns every inch of the same.

“When I was a child, Archie’s comics stood for everything that was fun. There was a character in it who loved food, another who loved style and fashion, another who enjoyed dating and so on. Every character had a clear idea of their individual fun. And that’s what we too hope to give to the people of Hyderabad,” laughed Priyanka.
