HYDERABAD: Two persons transporting illicitly distilled liquor were nabbed and 1,700 sachets of ID liquor were recovered from them.

On information, the Task Force sleuths nabbed the duo at Bowenpally.

They included Bholu Singh and P Srikanth of Dhoolpet.

Bholu is an auto driver and Srikanth is doing a private job after completing SSC.

“As they were facing financial problems, the duo were working Kishan Singh alias Bangla Kishan, a resident of Puranapul, and transporting ID liquor to retailers in the city.

Bholu is paid Rs 300 and Srikant Rs 200 for each trip of transportation,’’ Task Force Dy Commissioner of Police Ch Ramchander said
