HYDERABAD: The 12-yearold boy, who was kidnapped on Friday at Vanasthalipuram was traced on Sunday. Police also arrested three persons who were involved in kidnapping the boy. A four-wheeler and four mobile phones were seized from them. The three accused were traced through their mobile phones and the police arrested them at Miryalaguda in Nalgonda district on Sunday.

Manikantha, a class XII student, came out of his house around 7.30 pm on Friday to watch a film. When he was walking on the street, three persons who came on a two-wheeler, kidnapped the boy. The boy's father Ramesh later received a phone call from some unidentified persons, stating that his son was kidnapped by them and demanded ransom. Ramesh lodged complaint with the police.
