Mind games, riddles and puzzles are great stress busters and tools to keep those grey cells active. Rushtalk was created on September 1 with this very purpose. “It is an entertainment sachet, catering to an age group of 18 and above. With eclectic contents, there is something for everyone,” offers Dr Gigi Visalakshy, 46, CEO who has sister-in-law Krishna Menon and friend Dilip Ramakrishnan on his team.

Fun and fiction

For starters, log in through your Facebook IDs. “In case of any hiccups we have our section Lounge, Map or Tour. At our sections Addictions & Workshop, we have everything from jokes to trivia, riddles to pranks and personality tests to mind games and word puzzles,” offers the CEO who was practising dentistry till last year, adding that the Chennai-based website also has articles “that are open to readers worldwide through its characters, Lush and Hush”. For those who are into quizzing there is Lab where the topics range from politics to travel and movies. For something interesting, there is Pitstop offering articles “that’s worth a light read from the current affairs basket.” The content, as Visalakshy promises, is updated every fortnight, with new colours and theme.

In the pipeline

The website is free as a promotional offer until December. “Then we will begin paid subscription. Regular members have access to the entire site except premium sections while the Rushers can opt for an yearly payment of `800,” the doctor informs us, adding that for networking, there is Billboard. “With plans in place for more sections and variety, RushTalk intends to develop its own mobile app in the coming months,” promises the CEO.
