Pragnya- the annual technical festival of Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology(GRIET) is being held in the city on October 4 and 5. The two day affair is being organised by the student body of GRIET, and consists of a slew of technical events and programs to infuse spirit of enquiry and build scientific temper in the younger generation.
Pragnya ‘13 is hosting two unique workshops. The first one, ISensoBotz is a robotics workshop that deals completely with the software Arduino. The second workshop is on game development. This workshop will focus entirely on the concepts of 2-D and 3-D graphics. The event will also host various other technical events and 25 non-technical events.
The motto of the fest is ‘Celebrating Engineering’ and students will get the opportunity to compete at national level with the students from IITs and NITs.
