Due to overflowing of water on the track between Jhadupudi and Ichchapuram stations of East Coast Railway, certain long-distance trains going towards and coming from Howrah have been cancelled or diverted.

CANCELLED: Train 22817 Howrah-Mysore Express and 02728 Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Special on Friday; 17480 Tirupati-Puri Express.

DIVERTED: Train 12864 Yesvantpur-Howrah Express, which left Yesvantapur on Thursday, has been diverted via Vijayawada, Warangal, Balharshah, Nagpur and Kharagpur; 07149 Secunderabad-Guwahati Special, which left Secunderabad on Friday, via Kazipet, Balharshah, Nagpur and Kharagpur; 12509 Bangalore-Guwahati Express, which left Bangalore on Thursday, via Vijayawada, Warangal, Balharshah, Nagpur and Kharagpur.
